Preparation For My Supplement Log



I made this blog as a prep for my real supplement log that you can find here I think it's important to lay out some of my thoughts beforehand so you guys get an idea what I'm all about before you read my log and think I'm crazy or something, haha.

What to Accomplish With This Log

I want to build muscle, period. Some of the supplements I'm taking are sometimes NOT recommended by doctors because of the little amount of research on them. Supplements right now don't need FDA approval, so I can still buy them.

Criteria For A Good Muscle Building Supplement


Now everyone will have a little different criteria for their favorite muscle building supplement like if are very health consciounce you might want something with all natural ingredients oppose to strange chemicals you've never heard of. One smart guideline is to ask yourself, do you REALLY need it? Some people go supplement crazy and try taking everything under the sun, and that's the wrong idea. In reality you only need a couple quality supplements to change your workout, and I listed a couple below. Another major guide is always make sure it is a reputable brand. Sad to say but unfortunately there's bad supplement companies that use low quality ingredients and sell it for a high price. Luckily a lot of these companies have been outed and with a little research you can find out which ones are good, and which companies are bad.

Below is a list of supplements I will be taking for this experiment. If you are planning on following and replicating this experiment for your own little log feel free to choose your own supplements. These are what I found work best for supplements with others, you might find something that works better for you though, and that's O.K!
